City of Ottawa rules apply
Nepean and Barrhaven are both part of the area Carleton Prime serves, and between them they cover a wide range of homes, from older neighbourhoods to recent subdivisions.
Barrhaven grew up as part of the former City of Nepean, and both have been part of the City of Ottawa since the 2001 amalgamation. Building permits come from the City, and the City's rules decide where a secondary dwelling unit is allowed. We work out which permits your project needs and apply for them on your behalf.
“Indiana and his crew renovated a bathroom for me and the process was seamless, respectful and completed with extreme care and quality. I consider Carleton Prime the best construction company in Ottawa. I will use them for all future projects. Very pleased, would highly recommend.”
